Why it costs you less
- Nothing goes out when you are not using it Only after the work finishes, and only for what it actually used. Scheduled work too — the subscription opens the slot to schedule into, and only what actually ran comes out of the balance.

How the charge is worked out
Set by which model handled it, how long it took, and how many tools it called. Less when a lighter model finishes it, or the earlier conversation is still there.
Price gets settled with the people who use it first. Whoever signs up is asked before it is set, and hears it first once it is.
